Chuck Storrow has a broad range of legal experience in subject areas ranging from health care to probate matters, with a focus on land use, real estate litigation, and state administrative law. Chuck is a problem solver with an eye for detail.
Chuck served on the Vermont Environmental Board from 1989 to 1992, chaired the Calais Development Review Board from 2002 to 2007, served as an alternate member of the District 6 Environmental Commission from 1988 to 1989, and was a member of the Town of Fletcher Planning Commission from 1988 to 1997.
Chuck has a B.A. (with distinction) in history from the University of Maine, and a J.D. from Vermont Law School, where he graduated with the highest academic ranking in his law school class. Chuck was a member of the Vermont Law Review in 1981-82, and authored "Federal/Private Energy Projects in the Green Mountain National Forest-Is Vermont Law Preempted?" 7 Vermont Law Review 97, 1981. In 1982-83 Chuck served as a law clerk for the Hon. Sterry R. Waterman, Senior Judge, U.S. Court for Appeals for the 2nd Circuit. Chuck grew up in Jericho, Vermont.
